FF&E Case Study

Furniture, fixtures and equipment. A new development or a refurbishment - hotels, hospitality or apartments. Hire A Hubby can deploy a team to install all requirement items within your timelines.

Hire A Hubby was contracted by an FF&E procurement organisation to do the installation of fixed items within a serviced apartments complex, located on the Gold Coast. The brand new serviced apartments were developed in 3 stages, with in excess of 100 rooms in each stage. Room types ranged from Studios, up to 3 bedroom apartments.

With any development of this size, there are bound to be a number of challenges along the way. With pressures placed on developers to have the project completed within the set timeframe, Hire A Hubby were allocated available rooms with the paint still drying! With an available team of up to 6 at any one time, Hire A Hubby installed all the necessary bed headboards, pictures with security fittings and all other items that required fixing or securing.

Hire A Hubby’s FF&E service can be tailored to your specific needs from a simple one person job right through to a multiple person or multiple trade project, requiring an onsite foreman or representative to be appointed.
